The button below will redirect you to a different site. If you have not registered before, please follow the steps below to create an account. 

New User Registration

1. On the Account Login screen, click "Register New Account" below the gray Log In button.

2. Enter your account number (formatted with periods, e.g., 12.0346.7).

3. Enter the first and last name of the account holder.

4. You will need your most recent bill for the next two steps. If you do not have it, please call our office for assistance. (419)435-2486.

5. Enter the bill date from your most recent bill. 

6. Enter the total amount due from your most recent bill.

7. Click Continue and follow the prompts to create a password and set up security questions. 

8. Once completed, you will receive confirmation that your registration was successful.

Returning Users

Simply enter your Login ID and password, then click the gray Log In button.
