The Civil Service Commission of Fostoria is dedicated to ensuring fair and transparent hiring and employment practices for the city’s public service positions. Secretary
There is hereby established a Civil Service Commission for the City to consist of such members as provided under Ohio R.C. 124.40, having those powers and duties as set forth by State law. The Commission may employ a secretary who shall be a part-time employee.
Civil Service Commission meetings are held on the 4th Thursday of the month at 3:15pm in Conference Room 2 located within the Fostoria Municipal Building (213 S. Main St. Fostoria).
